Local Lad,came through Cardiff City’s Academy,played in the Premier League,played for Wales and still only 19 years old 

Played 20 Premier League games for Cardiff City in 2013-14 Season at the age of 18. 
Has Welsh Senior Caps. 

Aprox wage £5,000 a week

Was not in Russell Slades plans last season,even dropped to train with the youth,then sent on loan to Barnsley.

My opinion is, Declan has proved himself and has never been given a chance.
Local lad with a great attitude and is def a Championship player
