:ayatollah: If your travelling to France for the European Championships 2016

I went there for the World cup in 1998 and watched England and Scotland’s games.

4 of us travelled in a Fiesta, roads were great, petrol cheaper,far better than in the UK to travel from City to City :thumbright:

Stadiums were excellent :thumbright:

Weather better than the Uk :thumbright:

Food better value than UK :thumbright:

There was always plenty of tickets available as there were ticket touts everywhere.

Transport by train/roads and busses far better than UK :thumbright:

But

Accommodation was hard to get in some City’s and very expensive(So book early).

Locals not very welcoming to the British.

In places like Toulouse thieves/pick pockets and robberies by the locals.

Drink were very expensive in the bars in the local squares.

Police zero tolerance.

So start saving now :thumbright:
