Just spoke to a reporter who was at the Wales Under 21 win the other night, he said Declan was outstanding and it was like watching a player on a far superior level.

I saw the highlights and Declan was very sharp and did some great runs down the wing.

Declan plays again tonight.

For me City need youth and players who are up for it and want to play for us and of course pace and quality which Declan has.
