A fair result, Brum probably just shaded it, but Cardiff were the away team, a point away from home, I am happy with that as long as we win our home games.

I’m still worried about City upfront and I believe we need a striker Asap.

We never looked that dangerous in front of goal against a very ordinary Brum side.

Away Support Cardiff 1,803

CARDIFF CITY Marshall, Peltier, Manga, Connolly, Jazz Richards, John, Immers, Whittingham, Ralls, Pilkington, Gounongbe

substitutes: Moore, Ajayi, Morrison, Gunnarsson, O’Keefe, Noone, Zohore.
The Bluebirds made the short journey today to St Andrews under new Cardiff City manager Paul Trollope and were backed by 1,803 fans.

Cardiff City went in to this game with plenty of optimism since new manager Paul Trollope took over and with Birmingham having not won at home since the 3rd March,City fans were looking for 3pts today.

Cardiff had a full squad to pick from, whilst Birmingham were without Nicolai Brock-Madsen against Cardiff as he is in Brazil for the Olympics with Denmark.
Cardiff held their own in the first half and for me Lex Immers probable edged it.
Over all Birmingham just edged it.
Nothing really exciting and City were thankful they never gave a penalty away.

Half-time

Brum 0 CCFC 0

Brum started second half on front foot and took control, with David Marshall tipping the ball over the cross bar.

Lex Immers hit the cross bar.

Then once again David Marshall had to make a super save :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

New manager Paul Trollope really did try to change things.

Zohore came on for Gounongbe.

Craig Noone and Stuart O’Keefe came on Joe Ralls and Anthony Pilkington replaced them.
Lex Immers in the 90th minute just over with a shot.

Over all a fair result.
