Bristol City supporters will be able to attend next month’s Severnside derby game at Cardiff City without being placed under any restrictions.
The allocation is 1,800 tickets for Bristol City fans.
Previously fans heading to Cardiff City Stadium have needed to travel by official coaches only, or collect their tickets en route to the game from a service station.
Following good behaviour of both sets of fans at previous encounters between the two teams, the Police have agreed to restriction-free travel for the Friday, October 14th (7.45pm) match, which is to be screened live by Sky Sports.
The same will happen once again for the return game between Bristol City v Cardiff City on Saturday 3pm 14th January 2016 where Cardiff City will get an allocation of at least 1,800 tickets, 300 more than last season, with No restrictions at all.
