Cardiff City are currently at the bottom of the Championship with only one win from all nine games so far this season.
Paul Trollope is only our ‘head coach’ and not the ‘manager’.

The responsibility for the team is 3 fold 1/3 each :

(1) Train and pick the team …. this is Trollope ( but only if there is no interference – otherwise he can’t be held fully responsible).
Also who is responsible for his appointment?

(2) Recruit the players…..this is ?? it can’t be Tan as he does not know the market and is too far away & busy?
The committee is a lark that can’t be taken seriously surely?
Who ever it is is conveniently unaccountable and is leaving Paul Trollope to take all the flack.
(3) The recruitment policy & budget….this is Tan. Vincen Tan’s economy drive is understandable in view of the £200 million exposure and continued £1m mothly loss . So poor Trollope is carrying 100% of the blame when he is only 20-33% responsible! Of course Trollope has failed his part but in mitigation he can only pick what is available. But what about the phantom others?
Your opinion?
