Neil Warnock is a proven/succesful Championship manager and always delivers teams who fight for the cause.

When the big games come, Warnock does not bottle it like previous managers Dave Jones etc

Warnock is not a yes man like Slade and Trollope and Tan realised this time he had to bring in a manager who would not tolerate interteferance and Tan has left Warnock alone.

Warnock brings out the passion in his players and if they have not got it,its goodbye :clap:

Warnock inspires his players,respect them,but he also stands up to them, as we saw with Sol Bamba.

Warnock is also an honest, straight talking manager,I love it.
Now Cardiff City Football Club has to back our manager in the January Transfer market :thumbright: :bluebird:
