Derek McInnes has confirmed Aberdeen rejected a bid for Jonny Hayes over the weekend and expects him to stay at the club.
Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes warned Cardiff they would not land Hayes on the cheap and insisted they had to “get serious”
“Cardiff came in with a second offer which was just structured differently from the first and was rejected,then the third was still no where near our valuation” explained manager Derek McInnes.

Jonny Hayes has now been named in Aberdeen’s next match day squad.
