‘ CARDIFF CITY SIGN UP CITY’S ACADEMY PLAYERS ON PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTS ‘

The Son of former Cardiff City player Scott Young is among the three academy players to be offered professional contracts with Cardiff City and these players will be part of Cardiff City’s New Under 21(DVP) team after City released ten DVP players last month.
Craig Bellamy has been among the coaches helping the young Bluebirds progress since 2014, Bellamy has worked with every age group and was recently appointed head coach of all the Cardiff City’s DVP,Under 21’s and Under 18’s/Under 16’s departments.
Bellamy is also helping out with the training of Neil Warnocks first team.
Scott Youngs Son, Connor Young has been offered a professional contract
Academy players Cameron Coxe, James Waite and Connor Young have all been offered their first professional contracts by Cardiff City.
Cameron Coxe has been capped at under-19 level for Wales and is a regular in Cardiff’s under-23 team under New head coach Craig Bellamy along with midfielder Waite and defender Young.
The three have all featured in Cardiff’s under-23 set-up this season and are now set to put pen to paper on their first pro deals with Cardiff City.
Wales under-19 international Mark Harris,a right winger for Cardiff City has already signed professional forms and Harris made his debut for the first team in the 2-1 FA Cup third round defeat to Fulham at the Cardiff City Stadium in January this year.
‘ SOME CARDIFF CITY’S NEW UNDER 18’S SQUAD 2017-18 ‘
Cardiff City have also given Ben Margetson, Jac Davies, Connor Davies, Trystan Jones, Keenan Patten and Adam Sharif two-year apprenticeship deals.
They will all join Sam Bowen,George Ratcliffe and Sion Spence who were given early scholarship offers, they will be part of the Cardiff’s under-18 set-up from the beginning of the 2017/18 campaign.
